1 bag of plums Lorraine
1 vanilla pod
2 tsp. tablespoons brown sugar
Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Put it in a large nonstick skillet with sugar plums and mumps.
Cook the fruit in the mixing constantly until they are soft and very fragrant.
Divide the plums into cups.
Serve still warm with ice balls.
