First song festival commenced, and a small dish
We attended last night, my daughter and me to the second part of first festival of song and alternative committed

Beat the egg yolks and pour the boiling milk, stirring constantly. Return to low heat while continuing to rotate. Bring to boiling agar agar in a dl of water, mix in with the preparation of Bavarian hot and cool.
Whip cream and sugar until firm, fold into Bavaria with a spatula.
Line the sides of a charlotte mold with plastic wrap, soak the biscuits milk (not too) and place in pan pour the mixture into the pan, alternating with a layer of strawberries and a layer biscuits to the top. Cover and chill with a weight overnight.

300 g strawberries
bowl warm milk
Bavarian:
1 / 4 pint of milk
1sachet vanilla sugar

3 tablespoons sugar
2 g agar
a pinch of salt
whipped cream

Pageot baked potatoes and how " Contessa "
I was deprived of the TV channel "Fatafeat" for several months and I have miraculously found these days, so, I went up and reproduce some of the dishes that are presented in the various programs that this channel. I love watching Anna Garten in "barefootcontessa" this woman well-rounded and always smiling, walking barefoot in her garden and cooks up delicious meals without too much to bother. The last time she had prepared baked potatoes that made me crack and I tried the next day result is a pure delight, a dish healthy and fragrant, tender potatoes and crisp at once. .. I adopted this method
pandora I had in my freezer, I have prepared in the oven, along with those famous potatoes, just seasoned with cumin, salt and pepper, garlic, a drizzle of olive oil and a lemon juice, I have wrapped in foil and voila!
Wash new potatoes without peeling (I put them in water for 1 / 4 of an hour), scrub them well, cut them into large pieces, put in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, add slices of garlic, herbs provinces, flat leaf parsley finely chopped. Sprinkle olive oil and bake in the oven at high temperature for 20 minutes.
Look how they are nicely browned, with crispy skin and tender meat and melting inside. Thanks Anna
