300 g strawberries
bowl warm milk
Bavarian:
1 / 4 pint of milk
1sachet vanilla sugar
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
2 g agar
a pinch of salt
whipped cream
300 g cream Fresh
3 tablespoons sugar
In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until boiling, remove from heat Beat the egg yolks and pour the boiling milk, stirring constantly. Return to low heat while continuing to rotate. Bring to boiling agar agar in a dl of water, mix in with the preparation of Bavarian hot and cool.
Whip cream and sugar until firm, fold into Bavaria with a spatula.
Line the sides of a charlotte mold with plastic wrap, soak the biscuits milk (not too) and place in pan pour the mixture into the pan, alternating with a layer of strawberries and a layer biscuits to the top. Cover and chill with a weight overnight.
Before serving, dip bottom of pan in warm water to unmold easily and return to a ceiling
Garnish with pieces of strawberries and whipped cream.
