Cooking time: 20 min.
400 g cherry
1 cinnamon stick 1 star anise
2 cloves zest of an orange and a lemon
untreated
1 vanilla bean 50 g brown sugar
Wash and pit the cherries, sprinkle with sugar, cook them over high heat 5 minutes, add the spices, zest and 10 ml water, cook 15 minutes over high heat. Cool.
Serve chilled.
